Do you feel like you waste your morning feeling slow, half awake, or unfocused? Do you feel unmotivated when you wake up, and then hope to find inspiration later in the day, but don’t?
In this online experience, we’ll walk through the morning routine that helped me get to, and keeps me competing at a world-class level. We’ll start by hydrating with a cold glass of lime-salt water and I’ll tell you the incredible story of how I made my first Olympic team after getting hit by a track and field hammer (warning: it’s the biggest bruise you’ll ever see). This event was the catalyst of my obsession with habits & routines. Next, we'll do some gentle but energising movements to activate your body. Thirdly, we'll go through effective journaling cues to activate a positive and motivated mindset. With blood flowing and a primed outlook, I’ll guide you through a short but highly effective meditation. As the finale, you'll learn the trick of how to enjoy a cold shower as well as some of the physiological benefits.

This Experience is great for team-building. You can book a private experience for your group. If your group larger than my listed max group size for private groups, send me a message. It can also be shortened to 45 minutes webinar-style experience if time is a factor.

I have the most incredible (and strange) job: I throw the javelin for a living. I’ve represented Canada at the 2012 and 2016 Olympics and competed as a professional athlete for nine years. My favorite part of this journey has been the opportunity to continuously learn and apply new information, habits, and activities that unlock our incredible human potential.
I want to share my most curated and effective habit: a morning routine that sets you up to win the day. I’ve hosted a variety of athletes, go-getters, and company groups online through my routine; I look forward to taking you through it as well!

This was a truly fantastic experience! I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in how they can create a more intentional and impactful start to their day.

This was a phenomenal experience. Liz has spent her professional life pursuing high performance and has created a morning routine that is quick and easy to follow that ensures you perform your best throughout the day. It's her explanations of "why" it works, in a way that's relatable and easy to understand, that makes it all connect. Loved this experience! Between the storytelling, Liz's friendliness, and the tips she shares, this was an enjoyable and helpful experience. I already started implementing some of her recommendations, including the cold shower, which I now love! Also, as new parents, our little one needed to join us and Liz was very welcoming of him. I highly recommend it!
