日本にはご当地うどんがたくさんありますが、足で踏んでこしをつくるのは讃岐うどんだけです。
この伝統的な作り方を守り、おうちでも簡単にびっくりするほどのどごしつるつるの讃岐うどんを作ります。
そして、お出汁文化発祥の関西で生まれた、うま味爆発のうどん出汁を作ります。
香川県の讃岐うどんと関西風のだしの組み合わせは最強です。
手順は以下の通り。
①うどん生地作り
②うどん出汁作り
③生地をのばして切る
体験の後すぐに召し上がる方のために、うどんのゆで方と仕上げ方について、画面上で写真をみながらご説明します。
ゆで方だけでなく、作り方すべてのレシピを体験終了後すぐにお送りするので、ご心配は不要です。
このうどん作りは、一人でも楽しいのですが、二人一組で行うと、より楽しいので、親子での参加やカップルにおススメです。
また、すべての年代の方にも楽しんでいただけます。
オンラインのいいところはたとえ遠く離れていても、同じ空間で同じアクティビティを一緒に楽しむことができる点です。

Hvað þarf að taka með

  • うどん作り:中力粉(強力粉と薄力粉を半分ずつ合わせたものでもOK)、自然塩、水、片栗粉
  • うどんつゆ作り:昆布、花かつお、しょうゆ(淡口)、砂糖、味醂、塩
  • うどん作りに必要な道具:ボール、スケール、大匙、カップ(水と塩をそれぞれ計量する)、ビニール袋(45cm×50cm以上の大きさが必要)、タオル、新聞紙(床の上でにひろげ、その上にビニール袋に入れたうどんを置くため)、麺棒、うどん台(まな板でもOK)、包丁

Making Udon with Tomiko was a lot of fun. She patiently guided us and made sure that the dough was looking right after each step. She also quickly adapted the recipe to what we had available. The Udon turned out great!

This was so much fun! We did this experience for a birthday celebration Covid-style... and it was fantastic! The broth and noodles were fantastic and Tomoko was a great instructor! She made sure to take extra time in looking at our dough and broth to make sure we were doing it correctly and using our feet to knead the dough was a lot of fun! Highly recommend this experience to everyone- you won’t regret it!

Lots of fun! Tomoko was super friendly and fun even while we struggled with some of the easy beginning steps. That our udon turned out so well is a testament to how good she is as a teacher!
