We’ll start the class by meeting all of the students and introducing the menu. Next, I will go over the setup and the game plan of how the class will run, including the order of the food. In my bright and airy chef's kitchen, I will lead you through a class showing you all of the pro tips for making the dishes along with ideas on entertaining and setting up your dream kitchen. This will include multiple angles to cover each technique. Throughout the class, we will take moments for Q&A.

I currently share my passion for all things home and entertaining by teaching cooking classes in and around the Los Angeles area. While living in New York, I attended the famed French Culinary Institute in SOHO. I worked in the kitchens at The James Beard Foundation and Blue Hill at Stone Barnes as part of The Farm Powered Kitchen Program. This experience brought me to Thomas Keller’s Bouchon, where I worked as a chef de partie. Upon moving back to Los Angeles, I started sharing all that I learned during my training to make people that love food more confident and efficient in the kitchen. When I am not teaching a class, you can find me sharing my skills on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Home & Family on the Hallmark Channel & Martha Bakes.

As a Father's Day gift for me, my son in San Fran and I in Toronto signed up for Theodore's class on How to Throw a Dinner Party. I felt a personal connection right away with the chef.
