In this online experience, I start by sharing the story behind how and why I became a Buddhist monk and about my meditation practice. Next, we’ll do two types of meditation together.

First is a chanting mantra for 20 minutes. This type of meditation allows you to go deep into your practice. Next we will do a 10-minute breathing-out meditation. Afterwards, you’ll share your questions and reflections on the practice.

I am also happy to offer other meditations, such as meditation with a candle or mirror, Qigong, Sutra copying, and counting meditation, one of the basic Zen practices.

I've been a Buddhist monk for nearly 20 years. I worked in Shitennoji Temple for 12 years as a monk, doing zen meditation. I have been doing guided meditations for Airbnb guests for five years, welcoming nearly 4,000 guests.

I believe meditation is one of the best ways for people to find a better life via a healthy body and mind.

I had the honour of meditating with Kuniatsu in person in Japan and found the experience fantastic. Doing it online of course was not exactly the same but his infectious smile and humour coupled with his knowledge and passion for meditation still came through over the computer. I normally utilize an App for my daily meditation but have never found one which gives you the type of experience Kuniatsu does. The chanting with him puts your mind into a totally different realm and prepares it to easily go into the silent meditation portion. The class was wonderful and I signed off feeling calm, focused and energized all at the same time. I highly recommend the experience!

Excellent for beginners. Don’t be intimidated if you don’t have a lot of meditation experience. He is very easy to follow and super friendly. Energizing, calming, and peaceful. It was a pleasurable experience overall.

What a great experience, I loved it. Suzuki was welcoming, funny and knowledgeable. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to try meditation or have a really positive experience while in iso. I'd definitely recommend! Thank you Suzuki !

This was a unique meditation experience for myself. I learned new information about meditation. Suzuki made it personal and answered any questions we had and gave great explanations

This is my first meditation in life. I find it useful and helpful to do it under the guidance of Kuniatsu san. He is comical and I believe you will definitely enjoy the session with him.
