In this online experience, I start by sharing about my meditation practice. Next, we’ll do two types of meditation together.

First is a chanting mantra for 20 minutes. This type of meditation allows you to go deep into your practice. Next we will do a 10-minute breathing-out meditation. Afterwards, you’ll share your questions and reflections on the practice.

I am also happy to offer other meditations, such as meditation with a candle or mirror, Qigong, Sutra copying, and counting meditation, one of the basic Zen practices.

I've been a Buddhist monk for nearly 20 years. I worked in Shitennoji Temple for 12 years as a monk, doing zen meditation. I have been doing guided meditations for Airbnb guests for six years, welcoming nearly 8,000 guests.

I believe meditation is one of the best ways for people to find a better life via a healthy body and mind.

This was a great experience!! I have meditated with different religions and wanted to try learning something new. Suzuki was super sweet and explained everything so well. I learned a lot and can't wait to continue what I learned into my meditation practice. I definitely recommend this course for anyone just starting out as well as others who are interested in learning more about meditation. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing, fun, and enlightening experience. Felt like being a Japan :) Kuniatsu was fantastic in every way and surpassed our expectations for a meditation class. He made it fun and educated us on the process. I highly recommend taking his class if you are interested in learning meditation as a beginner or advanced you will learn something new.

My team and I booked Kuniatsu's meditation experience as a celebration for completing a big project. Kuniatsu was incredibly welcoming and communicative. He took the time to explain the why behind what we were doing and he made it easy to follow along. We all really enjoyed the experience. It was so lovely to take a moment to relax and find peace. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the chanting. It is definitely something I want to make a part of my meditation practice. I highly recommend this experience!
