This will be a fun and challenging multidimensional training practice to develop movement awareness, organic strength, and mobility. The experience will draw on elements of gymnastics, bodyweight strength training, locomotion, play, and more. Coordination drills and movement conundrums will provide a spirited mind-body connection. Whatever your level or goals, this training style can be made to suit your needs—from restorative and recovery movement, to injury prevention through strength and mobility training, to skill development with unlimited possibilities.
Other things to note
Bring water, but no shoes are needed.
Class times are flexible and dependent on tide, weather and mutual availability.

I'm now bringing my expertise and lifelong passion to the jungle in order to inspire others to move, learn, and play. Staðsetning
We'll meet at the Harmony hotel and walk 5 minutes to the beach, Playa Guiones. Experience a personal training session or team up with a friend or partner for a semi-private training experience. Groups of three or more are also encouraged to come out and move, train, play.
