There will be 5 crazy grandmas, their granddaughters and their entire families ready to welcome you in their own home... like you’re there, minus the jet lag!

Wednesday - Ravioli with ricotta and spinach (veg)
Thursday - Gnocchi with Pesto (veg)
Friday - Classic Lasagne
Saturday - Fettuccine with tomato sauce (veg)/Pumpking Gnocchi (Seasonal Veggie recipe)
Sunday - white Cannelloni (veg)/Chickpeas flour Tagliolini (starting as of February)
SPECIAL dessert: Tiramisu class on Saturdays!!
SAN VALENTINE'S Chocolate Ravioli every Sunday in February!

How does it work? Just check our calendar, choose your date, and book it!
Once you do, I'll send you a message with all the live streaming info, the full ingredients and tools list (according with the recipe you chose) PLUS some fun extras like wine pairings, Italian music suggestions, and more. Check your group chat and... just wait for your Crazy Pasta Day!

- Large wood cutting board (even a table!) -- counter top is fine if that's all you have
- Rolling pin
- Big Knife with a flat blade -- think large cutting knife or a bread knife
- 2 cups of "00" grade flour or "Doppio Zero" literally means "Double Zero"
- 2 eggs (organic is better for taste)

I learned everything from her, and decided to share this gem with the rest of the world.
Soon other grandmas around Italy joint our projects, sharing their pasta secrets!
Over three years, we've hosted more than 4,000 travelers in our kitchen (check our in-person experience at https://www.airbnb.it/experiences/55449).
Now we're launching our online experience...let's cook together!

My team of about 8 took this class together and it was a blast. Chiara and Nonna are great at explaining the steps that need to be taken, and at giving feedback along the way to help you stay on track. It was a delightful experience learning from them both. I chose a gluten free all-purpose flour and wasn't sure how that would go but my pasta turned out fantastic! Loved the music, and the playful approach to this class. Thank you!

This was such a lovely, delicious, personalized experience for anyone missing travel and stuck at home. My husband had never made pasta before (this was a gift for him) and he had such a great time....and so did I, as I watched and drank wine. The end result was delicious and it was a magical thing to do on a Sunday.
