On our Mindfulness Walk, you will discover secluded paths in the luscious green spaces within the city. These old neighborhoods keep the sobriety of long-gone eras and create a serene and stress-free atmosphere.

I will share a few easy and actionable Mindfulness tools that you can take home with you and practice independently. For your convenience, I will gladly share an e-cheatsheet with the steps and resources that you practiced.

While exploring a lovely and tranquil environment, we will create a moment of peace to mentally reorganize ourselves, energize ourselves physically, and nourish our curiosity.

Hello dear!

I am Samantha, welcome to my Experience! I love sharing my passions in life: adventure traveling, narrating history and myths, deepening my knowledge of Mindfulness by sharing it, and explore off-the-beaten-track​ spots.

For the last two decades, I lived in a dozen countries (USA, Kuwait, Bolivia, Nepal..) while​ representing Switzerland as a Vice-Consul. In between I concluded several studies (tourism/crisis & emergency management/Mindfulness Coach).

I moved back to Zurich 3 years ago, for this city offers a multicultural ambiance, a serene atmosphere nestled among peaceful mountains, placid lake, and relaxing gardens.

My own Mindfulness journey, my learnings, as well as my teachings, have taught me that the present moment, that here & now, it's the best time to Experience oneself.

I am “always” interested in being mindful. I was happy to find this event here and participate in it. It’s not easy to be mindful and such events act as a great reminder. I wish that more people become interested in “mindful” living as opposed to “robotic” living.
