You will get a chance to explore one of the best parts of lake Garda and run by the lake, which is magical, and through Sirmione's castle. I have been living here for 15 years now and I now all the best spots!We will then finish up our run with some yoga by the lake (all levels are welcome) and maybe a swim together (if it's summer time) and tipical italian breakfast/brunch. Be prepared to sweat, stretch, strengthen and discover while having fun with me!

I am a med student, health enthusiast and certified multistyle yoga teacher. I am passionate about all things involving nature, movement, mental and body balance and feeling whole as the right ground to growth and happyness. I have been practicing yoga since 2015 and I have been a runner since my first half marathon in 2016! I love sharing my passions and I think it's safe to say I am such a people person, I love listening and discovering new worlds, even if it's just for a couple of hours.
The entire activity will be held outside. We will most likely run from Desenzano towards Sirmione directly by the lake (around 5/7 km) and have our yoga lesson at the very end of the long and thin Sirmione's peninsula, that divides the gulf into the east part with Desenzano and the west part where you can see Peschiera.
