Come pause with me on a journey of inner exploration into your body to connect deeper with your thoughts and emotions, release old patterns that no longer serve you and find ease and deep wisdom within yourself.

I will take you through a guided meditation uniquely designed to help you observe your thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment, grow your own sense of self awareness and self compassion, release some of the deep-rooted feelings that may be surfacing, and experience the power of loving all of who you are.

We will pause in between the guided meditations to discuss our experience. I will debunk some of the myths surrounding meditation, explain how meditation and mindfulness can relieve stress, minimize worry and bring a peaceful frame of mind even during these challenging times.

Before we say goodbye, we will reflect on the experience with questions or insights we unlocked along the way.

I run a mindfulness consulting agency called Be Kalm that helps North American organizations integrate wellness in the workplace.

I studied Eastern wellness practices, training with spiritual healers and attending silent meditation retreats in Myanmar and temples in Bali, Indonesia. I’ve done guided meditations for over 3000 people around the world and am passionate about sharing mindfulness practices with my guests and corporate teams! This was one of the best experiences I had the pleasure of attending. I learned great tools that are applicable to everyday life and as well as able to hone into my inner thoughts. Farah is warm and kind, she asks for our thoughts and opinions after each exercise. Would definitely recommend anybody to take this experience.

This experience is great for those that are new to meditation. The course was a blend of learning, guided practice and reflection. Farah personalized the experience for me to demonstrate how mindfulness can relieve stress, foster creativity and bring a peaceful frame of mind. After each exercise, we had a chance to reflect on the experience with insights I unlocked along the way. What a great experience overall!

I've had limited experience with meditation before so I decided to try out Farah's class and see if I could better understand what I should be doing. I was the only guest, and it became a personalized experience where I could ask all my questions. Farah was very patient with explaining her usual practice, dismantling myths I'd heard about meditation, and giving me practical advice on how to start meditating on my own. I also just felt very relaxed overall from the two meditations we did, and Farah affirmed my past experiences and how I was feeling, so I am more confident about doing this myself now. Highly recommend this experience, especially for beginners who don't know where to start.

This is a wonderful exercise! I was looking for something thoughtful for my team to do together, and found this experience to be perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners. The setting was very calming, The exercises were easy to follow and meaningful, and everyone really enjoyed their experience. Farah’s approach and voice was soothing, and made everyone feel comfortable. I really appreciated the takeaways and the way that she broke things down, so that people could do this on their own afterwards. I can't say enough good things about Farah and this experience. A few of my colleagues and I just recently had the privilege of joining Farah for a group guided meditation session, which she thoughtfully tailored to address our group's unique work-life challenges and our current mental/ emotional state. Farah's calming presence and warmth put us all at ease and allowed our team to connect more deeply both with ourselves and with one another. I think I speak for the whole team when I say that we left our session feeling significantly more at peace, centered and with a renewed clarity heading into the busy holiday season. Armed with her helpful tips for implementing mindfulness practices into our daily lives and our workplace, I am confident that our team will end 2020 with greater serenity and charge into 2021 with intent and purpose.
