Make, Bake and Take (maximum of 8 - pls enquire for larger group requests)

Dive into a traditional family run restaurant's kitchen at U Giancu with Chef Fausto, and experience hands-on cooking of Ligurian dishes prepared using fresh local ingredients. Explore the orchard, visit the small craft beer brewery obtained by restoring the old olive press and spend the morning mixing, cutting and baking some of the restaurant's most popular dishes - then take them home to enjoy!

At the end of the morning guests will be given food containers to take away all the dishes that they will have made, along with a bottle or wine or craft beer. An U Giancu Restaurant Recipe Book (English) will also be distributed for every 2 guests. Dining with the prepared dishes at the restaurant in the evening of the same day is also an option, please enquire for details and costs.

Meeting at the restaurant at 8,30 am
Welcome with Espresso or cappuccino and cookies
Cooking hands-on for about 3/4 h
with preparation of the following dishes:(minimal changes might apply due to seasons and availability )
