Firstly, I'll demonstrate how to make or "throw" a bowl on a pottery wheel, and then it'll be your turn. With my guided, professional instruction, you'll have a fun/creative time making several bowls! Then if you'd like you we can "fire" your work, "glaze" it, and ship it to you for an additional fee.
Other things to note
When you come to our studio plan on wearing clothes + shoes that you can get dirty. We provide aprons, however you're still likely to get clay on your clothes, and shoes. But it'll be well worth it!

I've been teaching ceramics for 27 years, and I love what I do! I have a lot of patience, fun, and enjoy sharing my knowledge of clay. Students will tell me they've always wanted to "throw" and because of my passion for clay I am a great teacher. My joy is seeing others succeed at something they've never done before!
