We will meet at a designated location in Bondi Beach and walk down to our workout location. I We will stretch, warm up and then begin a moderate to intense HIIT workout of body weight movements that will get your entire body shaking. I will coach you through the workout, keep you motivated and bring some great tunes along with me to pump you up! We will meet directly in front of the Bondi Pavillion where we I will introduce myself and go over the workout. I will then guide you to the best workout spot in the grassy area directly next to Bondi Pavillion where there is shade, a nice breeze and great views of the beach.

Trish is unbelievable person. Not only her communication and follow ups post reservations are exceptional she also makes sure that she follow ups with personal questionnaire on list of topics from fitness level to injuries to personal lifestyle to better identify and create custom workout plan. If you’re in Sydney as a local or visiting as a tourist and looking to get some personal one-one workout plan without sharing space or equipment with sweaty people, Trish is your go to person. Very professional, educated and helpful professional with a great eye on her work and profession. The views overlooking Bondi Beach is added perk.

I highly recommend it! It’s unique and you will be able to immerse into the environment. Trish is super friendly and definitely is an expert when it comes to fitness! Will definitely do it one more time before I go back to Hong Kong. Workout and Bondi beach is a perfect match!

I was questioning whether or not I actually wanted to wake up early and do this or sleep in and lay out at the beach instead. I'm extremely happy that I did the workout. Trish is very friendly and immediately engages you to make you feel relaxed and ready to go. The workout itself is a challenge, but that's what it's meant to be. While it can get intense at times, it's nothing that you cannot handle and there are plenty of breaks to recover during this all body training. The location could not be better, you are on a grassy plain that looks over Bondi Beach and the incredibly beautiful natural scenery of the ocean. Start your day off with this and you'll have a nice natural buzz the rest of the day.

Trish is an amazing trainer who cares about her clients well being first and foremost. She tailors the workout to suit your fitness levels and is there every step of the session encouraging you. This must have been the best activity ever to start the year 2020. Rather than being stuck in bed from the post NYE hangover, I got to do a solid 1.5hr work out in the best location I can imagine. Trish is amazingly personable and extremely well prepared from equipment to the workout spots. She was even thoughtful enough to bring out a nice camera to capture my active moments in Bondi beach! Trish gave tremendous advice on how can I continue strengthening my body. What you get is truly beyond just one session. Can't recommend it enough for everyone ever find themselves in Sydney. It will leave you feeling happy and energized. Seriously can't miss that!
