I will show you how to surf and help you catch your first wave, and most importantly, I will show you a unique experience tailored for you so you can see Newport Beach through the eyes of a local, and enjoy it in your own way!

My goal is to provide you a safe and fun experience for your first surf experience so you will fall in love with surfing in the same way that I did.

(Please note that Surfing is a potentially dangerous sport, with real risks of injury. All participants in this experience, are required to sign a legal waiver and release of liability. )

P.S Tips are highly appreciated! :)

(The scheduled time can be flexible, so please feel free to reach out if you need special time accommodation)

Hi! My name is Rey I am a local here in Newport Beach living here for the past few years. I have over 11 years of surfing experience, and 9 years of teaching others how to surf, and I would love to show you how to stand up on your first wave!

We hired two instructors for our family of four and Rey was one of them. We had a blast thanks to our training duo. They helped us get out there and have fun, but really get into surfing.

I and my friends took surfing lessons with Rey, it was my first-time surfing but Rey was super supportive and encouraging! Surfing is super fun and Newport beach is beautiful, everything awesome with this experience.

It was super fun! Even if i made a mistake, rey encouraged me and pointed out what i need to be fixed👍🏽it was the best first surfing in california! I will come back again soon.

My first time surfing was a blast. Rey is a great instructor, he answers any questions you might have, responds quickly on the app and really wants to help you learn. He was able to provide a wetsuit and can hook you up with a surfboard at a nearby shop. He’s a super cool and friendly dude and overall the experience was awesome. 10/10 I would definitely recommend you take a lesson with him if you go to Newport Beach.
