Hi, my name is Alexander and I'm originally from Germany and was born in the year 1990. My path to yoga began about 3 years ago during my P.hD., when I was looking for inner peace, my true nature and a clear and calm mind. First I practiced Vinyasa Yoga and gradually my interest in Ashtanga Yoga grew. Nowadays I'm practicing Ashtanga almost daily for two years and I love to share my passion, knowledge and the joy and discipline. For me it was especially interesting what wonderful philosophical approaches you can find in this path besides the physical exercises (Asanas). Through Yoga it becomes possible to stop the mind and the constant thinking of worries for a short time and to focus only on yourself, the breath and the present moment.

You'll have the great opportunity to practice yoga in a quiet forest near the longest sandbeach of Formentera - Playa de Migjorn. Here you can drop down, listen to the nature and feel the wind on your skin. And you can go to the sea right after the lesson and cool off a bit ;)
