Michelle was a fabulous dairy and balsamic tour guide. We loved the experience and won't have wanted anything different. It was definitely one of my favorite days we had in Italy. I would recommend everyone if you are in Parma to do this tour! I learned so much more then I would have if I just went alone.

A really excellent way to spend the morning. Going through the entire cheese making process and spending time at a balsamic vinegar aceita was amazing.

Very nice and unique experience. Barbara was our guide, she was very knowledgeable. Both the cheese and balsamic experiences were exceptional, and we were the only people there. The cheese master also gave us a great show, and Marco did the balsamic tasting himself. It was very special

Michelle is an outstanding resource and wealth of knowledge on the Parma region and culture. Her passion was clear to see as she personalized an amazing experience for my family. This was such a wonderful experience! We learned so much about Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar that we now feel like we can utilize our newborn skills to verify the use of actual traditional products. We can’t thank Michelle enough for taking us to the cheese farm to play with the baby cows or meeting Mario and his love for Balsamic Vinegar and how each were explained in such detail. We would highly recommend this tour should you wish to learn more about this special cheese or vinegar because this definitely shed some light on what we realized how little we knew about the production and distribution of these items.
