You'll be welcomed into my kitchen and garden and as we get acquainted, we'll talk a bit about Argentinian empanadas and the different versions that exist in Argentina. We'll also have some mate and homemade tortafritas. Next, you'll be given an apron and off to wash our hands we'll go.
During our hands-on experience, you'll learn how to make corn and meat Empanadas; Ensalada Rusa, a salad that we always eat in our meetings and events; and Chocotorta, a traditional Argentine dessert that is so good and easy to prepare!
When our empanadas are ready, we'll enjoy this fantastic delicious dish with great wine, followed by our amazing chocotorta.
From beginning to end, you'll be tasting Argentina's culture. Mate, tortafritas, empanadas, wine and chocotorta are part of our life. It's not what we eat in restaurants. It's what we eat (and cook) at home, with family and friends. That's why these flavours are intimately related to the moments that are most valuable to us, and I want to share that with you.
