Jess’s Place is a Comfortable family home in great , quiet neighbourhood. Lrg room with queen sz bed, leather couch & desk. Small library of an assortment of books for guest to use at their leisure. My home is located very close to ferry & train terminals,& on bus stop route . Within walking distance to hospital, & downtown core. Guest have access to shared bathroom (3 pc) kitchen & living room. I am quiet & respectful of your privacy but I am here if you need me to answer any questions.

Ample private parking for guests is available and on street parking for trucks and boats. There is a full size kitchen, bedroom, and living area. Internet, cable, Roku streaming on a 44 inch flat screen tv. Laundry is included and free for guests to use.
