Seafari is a great 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf-side cottage on Dauphin Island's Gulf of Mexico beach. This cozy beach home is just a few hundred feet from the water, with no busy streets to cross. Very quiet area. No crowds. This beautiful beach home has a partial gulf view. This home is pet-friendly (by prior written arrangement) and will accommodate up to six persons. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has 2 twins and 1 double bed. The house has plenty of deck space to enjoy the sun and a lower covered deck to relax out of the sun As with all of our Dauphin Island homes, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. Strand Castle is a Gulf-front house with an ideal beach house layout- 4 bedrooms, a Game Room overlooking the Gulf in the 4th bedroom, a small, private, heated pool (October through April), and roof-top Crow's Nest. It's easy to see why this beach house is one of Dauphin Island's most popular vacation rentals. This elevated, two-story home has a Master Suite on the first level with a private full bath. There is also a half-bath off the kitchen. The Great Room is large, open, and has a flat-screen TV over the fireplace. The Second Level has three bedrooms, two of which share a Jack and Jil half bathroom with a shower. There is a third full bathroom on this level and a Game Room (great for night time or rainy days). The game room is also the 4th bedroom and has a bunk bed and sleeper sofa. The rooftop has a Crow's Nest, which provides panoramic views of the Island. The home has a new owner and was completely updated in Winter 20/21. New flooring, fixtures, furniture, and paint throughout. It is a stunning makeover! The two windows that are boarded up in the pictures are expected to be repaired in March 2021. Windows are on backorder. All of our Dauphin Island vacation home rentals come complete with linens, towels, and fully-equipped kitchens, everything you need for a great family beach vacation. The pool is heated from October thru April. Please note the following: 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25 and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time. 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking. 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance. 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties. 6. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. 7. Start dishes and linens before departure. 8. Take trash can to the street on Monday night and Friday night. 9. This home is NOT pet friendly.
