The room space is for Females only. No Exceptions. I’m originally from Sweden. Currently working as a Snr Consultant in NYC. My partner Joe lives in Florida during winter but comes back and forth to Bethesda, MD whenever needed for the maintenance of the house. He coordinates the check-in and check-out of guests. We are a team to make sure your stay is comfortable and pleasant. We have a weekly maid and handymen to assist us. ( Joe/Karin)
